Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees. Books are exempt from GST, so no tax is added to the price. The price you pay is the one shown on the review screen just before payment. All orders are paid online through Razorpay; cash on delivery is not available. We never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order number. If a book becomes unavailable after you pay, we will contact you and refund it.
Accounts
You can shop as a guest or sign in with Google or an email and password. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Shop staff accounts cannot be used to sign in as a customer.
Coupons and offers
- One coupon code per order. Codes can’t be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
- Minimum order values are counted on the books’ price before delivery.
- Delivery is charged at ₹70 per order. Free delivery is available only through a free-delivery code, such as the Spin & Win prize (on books worth ₹1,000 or more).
- We may change or end an offer at any time. Orders already paid keep the discount they received.
Spin & Win
- Open to signed-in customers with an Indian mobile number on their account. One spin per account and per mobile number every 30 days.
- The prize is decided by our server at random. The chance of each prize is shown under the wheel.
- A won code is tied to your account, can be used once, and is valid for 30 days. Some prizes need a minimum order value.
- We may cancel codes gained by using several accounts, false numbers or automated tools, and may end the game at any time.

Accuracy
We try to describe every book correctly. If we make a mistake in a price or description, we will tell you before sending the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any dispute.
