We send books from our shop at Poornaprajna Vidyapeeta, Bengaluru, to any address in India. You can also pay online and collect your books at the shop.

The ₹1,000 for a free-delivery code is counted on the books’ price. The exact charge is shown before you pay.
How long it takes
- Packing and dispatch: within 1 to 2 business days of payment.
- Most of India: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas (north-eastern states, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, the islands, and hill or rural pin codes): 5 to 10 business days.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Festivals, heavy rain and courier strikes can add a few days; we’ll keep you informed if that happens.
Tracking your order
When your parcel leaves the shop, we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. You can see it with Track an order (order number and mobile number), or under My account → Orders if you were signed in.
Pickup at the shop
Choose “I’ll pick up at the shop” at checkout. We’ll call or WhatsApp you when your books are ready. Please bring your order number. Shop hours: [days and timings].
Address problems
Please check your address and PIN code before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you; re-sending it may carry the delivery charge again.
Damaged, wrong or missing books
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See the refund and replacement policy.
